Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the boat during the rental period. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items (including your crew members). By making the reservation you agree to these terms. We will do a walk around on rental day and pictures should be taken by both parties. A full refund if requested 5 days prior. Within the 4 days(96hrs) of booking time, a refund will be given but the deposit that is required will be kept. If it’s due to weather conditions or boat maintenance and captain has to cancel, full refund will be given. renter understands and comply with these conditions once booking is made. -No pets -No heels $500 Deposit Required (A temporary hold on the account, will be released after checkout of trip)).
