PRIVATE CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. GENERAL TERMS - Private cruise operated by our company with a professional captain included. - Fuel, skipper fee, and standard onboard equipment are included in the price. 2. CAPTAIN AUTHORITY - The captain is fully responsible for navigation, safety, and operation of the vessel. - Route or itinerary may change due to weather or safety conditions. - Unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the cruise without refund. 3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY - Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the captain. - The client is responsible for damages caused by negligence or reckless behavior. - Excessive alcohol consumption and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 4. RESERVATION & PAYMENT - A full payment is required to confirm the booking. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY - Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure. - 7–13 days before: 50% cancellation fee. - Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund. - In case of bad weather or Port Authority restrictions, the cruise may be rescheduled or refunded. 6. PICK-UP & RETURN - Departure and return take place at the agreed location and time. - Delays caused by guests do not extend cruise duration. - All passengers must present a valid ID or passport before boarding. 7. INSURANCE & LIABILITY - Vessel and passengers are covered by third-party liability insurance according to Greek law. - Our company and the captain are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or weather-related itinerary changes. 8. PROHIBITED USE - Illegal activities, hazardous materials, unsafe behavior, or exceeding passenger capacity are strictly prohibited. - Swimming stops are allowed only at the captain’s discretion. 9. LEGAL - Bookings are non-transferable. - Any disputes are subject to the courts of Kavala, Greece. - By confirming the booking, the client accepts all terms and conditions.
