ABOUT THE TRIP Step aboard a luxurious yacht in Charleston, South Carolina, for your next special event or gathering. This yacht is perfect for any occasion with its elegant interior and spacious entertaining areas. Sit back and relax, or get your dance party started as your captain and crew guide you through the stunning sights of Charleston Harbor. Whether you’re dolphin-watching, enjoying a casual cruise, or celebrating a special event, this yacht offers the ideal setting for fun and relaxation. ABOUT THE BOAT This 46-foot Jefferson Sundeck Motor Yacht features a beautiful teak interior and offers multiple entertainment spaces across two levels. The main salon provides plenty of comfortable seating with white Italian leather, a flat-screen TV, and a premium Bluetooth sound system. Two private staterooms include full bathrooms, teak interiors, air conditioning, and heating for deluxe accommodations. The aft deck features a sectional sofa and can be fully enclosed during inclement weather. The upper bridge offers spacious seating with breathtaking 360-degree water views, while the front sun deck is perfect for spotting dolphins, socializing with guests, or relaxing in the sun. WHAT’S INCLUDED Your trip includes coolers stocked with ice and bottled water. The captain’s fees, insurance, and fuel are included and will be calculated in the trip cart based on the duration of your cruise before booking. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Food and drinks are not included, but you can bring your own onboard. Tips are not included but are appreciated by the captain and crew. Catering can be pre-arranged to be delivered directly to the yacht upon request. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW The yacht is conveniently located in downtown Charleston, just a 5-10 minute taxi or Uber ride from most hotels, restaurants, and bars. Cruises require a 2-hour minimum booking. If you need assistance with catering, let us know, and we can help coordinate delivery to the yacht before your arrival. We can’t wait to meet y’all on the water in Charleston soon!

This was my first time renting a private boat and Mike made the process easy!! He was quick to respond to all of my questions and everything was better than I imagined. By far the best boating experience my friends and I have ever had! Captain Mike and Zan were so kind and accommodating. They provided a wonderful time for my sister’s bachelorette! They also have new merch that we got as gifts for the happy couple!

I booked this boat for my birthday, and even though I got sick a few hours before boarding, the experience ended up being amazing thanks to the incredible crew. I arrived a little late, but they patiently waited and even walked me all the way to the dock. I wasn't feeling well, and the captain went above and beyond, he had a whole box of medicine, ginger, and even gave me a cold towel that really helped. He also adjusted our route to calmer waters just to make me more comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Meanwhile, my friends had the BEST time! The yacht itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for lounging, eating, or dancing. The Bluetooth speaker setup was great, and the overall vibe was so fun and relaxing. Everyone was saying they didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a kind, professional crew and a great boat experience, I 100% recommend this one!

He has owned a sport fishing business in San Diego, Ca and a sailing charter company in San Francisco, Ca. Most recently Capt. Mike spends most of his time in Charleston harbor and surrounding waters . Whether sailing or on a powerboat, Mike loves being out on the water anytime on any given day.

Additional Terms & Information
Our cancellation policy is as flexible and friendly as we can make it. Weather cancellation: If your trip is cancelled due to weather (at the captain's discretion), we will reschedule, or refund the full amount paid. We will be in touch if there is rain in the forecast. Because the weather in Charleston changes quickly, we typically wait until the last minute to cancel for bad weather. "Southern Wonder" can handle any type of weather event due to the ease of drop down full enclosures which will keep your group dry in a moment's notice. Cancellation by the guest: If a cancellation is made within seven days of the charter date, a 50% refund will be provided. No cancellation refunds are provided within 48 hours of departure. Cancellation by the captain: If severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive circumstances, or mechanical failure, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to the trip or a full refund will be issued.
