While I own this vessel, Coast Guard bareboat charter regulations require that I not serve as captain on charters aboard my own boat. Guests select from a list of qualified captains to operate the vessel during their charter. Late arrivals do not extend the charter. • The captain has final authority regarding safety, passenger conduct, and vessel operation. • By booking, guests agree to follow all vessel rules and captain instructions.
