- Weather Policy: Safety comes first. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, heavy chop, or storms). If canceled by the captain, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. - Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide advance notice for cancellations. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees per platform policy. - Captain Requirement: A licensed captain is required for all rentals and is included/arranged with your booking. - Passenger Limits: Maximum of 10 guests. For best performance and comfort, balanced group weight is recommended (families with kids are ideal). - Safety First: All passengers must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for children and during certain activities. - Boat Rules: - - No smoking onboard - No illegal substances - Alcohol allowed in moderation (no glass preferred) - Shoes may be removed to protect flooring - Water Sports: Participation in water activities is at your own risk. Equipment is available upon request. - Damage Policy: Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the trip beyond normal wear and tear. - GAS: Fuel is not included and will be charged based on usage. Boat has a 60 gallon tank. A full tank can get you across the length of Lake Tahoe approximately 4 times depending on conditions. If waters are chop, it will take more gas. If pulling a towable or wakeboarder, it will use up more gas. If the boat is full capacity, it will use more gas. We try to fuel the boat off the lake when we can.
