A complete Charter Agreement & Liability Release will be provided prior to charter departure. CANCELLATION POLICY Charterer Cancellation: Cancellations made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled charter date will result in forfeiture of the fifty percent (50%) booking deposit. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled charter departure time are non-refundable. Captain Cancellation: If the Captain cancels the charter prior to departure due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other operational circumstances, Charterer may elect to either reschedule the charter for a mutually agreeable date or receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Once a charter has commenced, any modification, shortening, delay, or termination resulting from weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, passenger conduct, or other circumstances affecting the safe operation of the vessel shall not entitle Charterer to any refund, credit, or reimbursement. The Captain's determination regarding such circumstances shall be final and binding. LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW POLICY Charter begins at scheduled departure time. Late arrivals do not extend charter time. Arrival more than 30 minutes late may result in charter reduction or cancellation. No-shows are non-refundable.
