Boat Rental Terms & Conditions By booking a rental with us, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Reservation & Payment - A valid reservation is required for all rentals. - Full payment must be received to confirm your booking. 2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental may forfeit the deposit. - No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. - We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues. In these cases, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. 3. Arrival - Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. - Upon arrival, follow the designated path to the dock at the back of Volente Beach. - The captain will contact you with loading instructions and assist with boarding. - Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without a refund. 4. Safety - The captain has full authority over the vessel and all safety decisions. - All passengers must follow the captain's instructions at all times. - Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required by law or when instructed by the captain. - We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive. 5. Alcohol & Conduct - Alcohol is permitted for guests who are 21 years of age or older. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. - Excessive intoxication, reckless behavior, or harassment of the captain or other guests will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. 6. Damage & Liability - The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or intentional misconduct by members of their party. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. - Guests participate at their own risk and acknowledge that boating activities involve inherent risks. 7. Weather - Light rain does not automatically cancel a charter. - The captain will determine whether weather conditions are safe. - If unsafe conditions prevent departure, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. 8. Food & Beverages - Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages unless otherwise specified. - Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the boat clean. - Glass containers may be restricted at the captain's discretion. 9. Shoes & Personal Items - Soft-soled shoes or barefoot are recommended while onboard. - Please bring sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, and any personal necessities. 10. Agreement By completing a reservation and participating in the charter, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with all instructions provided by the captain during the charter.
