CANCELLATION / WEATHER / NO SHOW / LATE ARRIVALS - You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel at least 5 days before your trip. - Light rain and cloudy skies do not qualify for cancellation or a refund. If Weather.com shows an 80% or greater chance of thunderstorms before your trip, we will offer a refund. - If you arrive late, that time will count toward your scheduled booking time. IMPORTANT If any rules are violated, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund. A 20% gratuity for your captain is required and can be paid directly to the captain at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit if the required gratuity is not paid.
