Casey was incredible to work with. We had a last-minute cancellation of Boat and booked with him last minute. He provided clear instructions and demonstrations. He was incredibly responsive and communicative. She was watching the weather in case we needed to come back in early. And most of all, he set up our whole group to have the best memorial Day. Get Ready for an Awesome Boat Adventure! Arrive 30 minutes early at Little Elm Boat Ramp on Lake Lewisville, just west of Little Elm, at the dock for a quick rundown on boat features and instructions! DON'T PARK IN TRUCK TRAILER PARKING THEY WILL TOW YOU. All guests will be required to sign Participant check-in and check-out acknowledgement. For Non-Captained Trips Only (Captains available on request): • Boater Education Certification: Required for anyone born on or after September 1,1993 operating the boat (18+). State law mandates certification for certain vessels. • Send Driver’s License: All operators’ DLs must be sent to the vessel manager beforehand for insurance. • Why it Matters: With more folks hitting the lakes, boater education ensures safe, fun times on the water! Heads-Up: Late returns incur fees shown on rental agreement, and late arrivals don’t extend your booking. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or no shows. Weather cancelations will be rescheduled to an available date per customer's request. Let’s make waves together!
