Special Requirements / Restrictions • Minimum age: 1 year old • Children and pets must be supervised at all times • Our vessels aren't equipped to accommodate passengers with mobility issues • Pregnant women should consult with their physician before booking Health and Safety • All passengers must be present for the emergency procedures briefing provided before departure • First aid kit and emergency communication equipment onboard • All passengers must wear provided life jackets if asked to do so by the captain • Children under 13 years old must wear a USCG-approved life jacket at all times while in the cockpit or on the deck of the vessel • Motion sickness prevention: Consider motion sickness medications such as Dramamine or a Scopolamine Patch. Take these medications with adequate time prior to your departure. We recommend 3 hours for Dramamine and 12 hours for the patch. • The trip may be cancelled for unsafe weather conditions • The captain is responsible and has the authority to make decisions for all matters aboard the vessel • The captain is responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel at all times. • The captain has the authority to terminate the charter if conditions become unsafe. • The captain retains final authority on float planning, navigation, vessel operation and safety. • Boating activities are subject to a variety of unpredictable conditions including but not limited to wind, weather, sea state, mechanical performance, government regulations and other factors. These uncertainties do not quality guests for a refund or discount.
