Terms and Conditions Article 1: Object These General Conditions for booking/purchasing nautical charters regulate the relationship between the Customer and JammJa S.r.l. As the owner of its own advertisements, both on its website www.jamm-ja.it and on social channels, JammJa S.r.l. undertakes to do everything possible to make the offers of nautical charters visible to the Customer and whose charter offer satisfies the search parameters set by the Customer. JammJa S.r.l. does not represent either the Owner, in the event of boats not owned, or the Customer. The activity of JammJa S.r.l. consists in establishing a direct relationship with Customers who want tourist services present on its web pages and social channels. JammJa S.r.l. intervenes in the conclusion of the nautical charter sales contract only in the case of direct purchase in person or through its website www.jamm-ja.it, establishing a direct relationship (legal under the laws in force) only in the cases just described. In the case of services purchased through nautical rental platforms, JammJa S.r.l. is not responsible for clauses that are not its own regarding acceptance of booking, purchase. Therefore, the customer must be aware of the purchase conditions of the platforms. In the case of booking through platforms such as SamBoat, Click&Boat, JammJa S.r.l. will retain 30% of the purchase plus charges in the event of cancellation by the customer up to 48 hours before check-in. Only in the event that the service cannot be carried out for safety reasons also attributable to bad weather phenomena purchased also through external platforms, JammJa S.r.l. will not retain 30% but only service charges. Article 2: Descriptions of Services The website www.jamm-ja.it is accessible free of charge by all internet users interested in booking and purchasing a nautical charter, and does not require their prior registration. The Platform lists the Vessel(s) Registered on JammJa S.r.l. and which offer a rental/leasing service of Vessels, according to the search parameters set by the Customer. JammJa S.r.l. informs its users that it will do everything possible to ensure regular updating of the seasonal availability of the proposed Vessels and the related technical sheets and equipment. The information provided on the Vessels and the related photos represent non-contractual content. JammJa S.r.l. advises all users, before boarding, to contact the skipper to carry out a complete inventory. When using the portal, the Customer accesses and evaluates a certain number of charter proposals offered. The Customer through the JammJa S.r.l. system can receive detailed quotes on the offers of the Boats that meet your search parameters. Article 3: Booking procedure The steps to book the desired Boat through the website www.jamm-ja.it and service platforms are the following: Search and choose the boat; Complete check-in in case of boat availability; By completing the check-out, the availability and price of the boat will be blocked for the customer. The binding acceptance of the quote and booking confirmation (by the Customer) will be concluded only upon payment of the advance payment of 50% of the cost of the boat only (only on its website), and 100% on platforms external to JammJa S.r.l.; The boat will be booked in all respects in the name of the customer; Signing of the nautical charter contract. Article 4: Booking The Customer interested in booking a nautical charter uses the channels above to search for the desired vessel according to the search parameters that he pre-selects. Once he has identified the boat that satisfies his search criteria, the Customer can fill out the quote online (check-out). Only after that will the availability of the boat and the price be blocked for the customer with the payment made. As regards quotes outside of the services already indicated, they have a limited validity period, 10 days from issue. Article 4.1: Binding acceptance of the quote It is the acceptance of the clauses of this contract. The Customer, after having filled out the quote (check-out) online, if interested in the offer, must proceed with the acceptance of the quote. The Customer can accept the quote by sending a confirmation email attaching the requests forwarded by JammJa S.r.l. With this the Customer undertakes for all legal purposes to finalize and sign the nautical charter contract with the Owner. To purchase the services indicated on its website www.jamm-ja.it, the Customer by clicking the “Confirm Booking”, “Purchase” button, the Booking will be registered. Article 5: Payment of the advance only in case of purchase on www.jamm-ja.it
