Sailing and Camping in Gulf Islands of British Columbia

With Captain

What can be better than spending the day sailing off of Sidney on Vancouver Island. Then spending the evening camping on one of B.C. world famous Pacific coastlines. Sidney Spit Marine Park or Discovery Island Marine Park are a popular camping destination for visitors. After boating for the day sometimes it’s just nice to sleep ashore anyway. On dry, unwavering soil, with nothing between you and the skies above but your tent. A great way to spend a night (or two). Take your time exploring. When you're ready to leave I can pick you up, sailing off from your destination and maybe dropping you off on another island or simply sailing around the gulf islands on our way back to the marina. (This would require an additional 4hr booking) You can cruise happily with 5,6 or more people, but when it comes to bedding down for the night, it’s hard to find space for all those bodies. However, it’s possible to enjoy the company of friends and family aboard while ensuring everyone has a comfortable(ish) place to sleep. All you need is a tent, a sleeping mat, a pillow and a sleeping bag. If boating and camping are your thing, experience campsites that can only be accessed by boat. Bring your camping gear on the boat and after we arrive at your destination simply row a shore and set up camp. If you're not interested in camping then sailing it is. Days with no wind maybe you can try fishing or dropping a crab trap, entirely up to you. There are also lots of DVD's for kids and coloring pages. Approximately 4 hours and can be scheduled for the morning or afternoon am flexible. This is the perfect boat to just kick back and relax! Enjoy the sun and the comfort of this boat cruise. Located next to the Swartz Bay(Victoria) ferry terminal with optional pick up service if required. Boat camping is a great way to get out and enjoy the cruising lifestyle. With a wide selection of beaches The B.C. Coast is a paradise for boating, swimming and coastal hiking. Ready, Set, Let’s Go Boat Camping! If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay.
