HAPPSEA TRIP TERMS Schedule • Trips run between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. You choose the departure time; return is no later than 5:00 pm. • For your comfort and safety, the captain may return earlier if sea conditions change in the afternoon. Weather • Cloudy or rainy days operate as normal. • If the Port Authority (DIMAR) closes navigation, you can choose a new date at no cost or a full refund. Rescheduling • More than 7 days before the trip: free, subject to availability. • Less than 7 days before: subject to availability and a 25% change fee. On board • Maximum number of guests is the capacity shown on this listing (children count as guests). • You're welcome to bring food and drinks. No glass bottles, balloons or external DJ equipment, please. • We are not responsible for personal items lost during the trip. • Damage caused by guests to the boat or its equipment will be charged at repair cost. Health • The ride to the islands can be bumpy. Please tell us in advance about pregnancy, recent surgery, back problems or any condition that may be affected by boat motion, so we can seat you in the most comfortable spot. These guests may be asked to sign a waiver. Language • Our captains speak Spanish; a bilingual host is available for USD [100 USD].
