Enjoy stand up paddleboarding in København, Denmark! 2 hours SUP course for the new Stand Up Paddler. We start the course with a short introduction on land with the basic exercises and techniques, then we go on the water and Stand Up Paddle Surfer. The focus will be on the balance sheet, paddleteknik and phrases. These techniques and skills will be reviewed and trained through various exercises and games on the water.
