This 2023 Starcraft 22 LX pontoon is set up for a relaxed day on Lake Minnetonka. At 24ft, it comfortably fits up to nine people, making it a good fit for a family outing, a small group gathering, or an afternoon with friends. This is a self captain rental, so you'll be running the boat yourself. Seats up to 9 people. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL MINNESOTA RENTERS: - Minnesota Statute 86B.306 requires ANY operator of ANY age (18+) of ANY rental watercraft have a valid Watercraft Operator's Permit. Sec. 86B.306 MN Statutes - How do I get a Minnesota Watercraft Operators Permit? - Option 1: 180 day temporary permit - Option 2: Permanent / Lifetime Minnesota permit - https://boattests101.com/united-states/minnesota - Please note that these legislative changes are confusing: a very similar boating law passed at the same time which requires a watercraft operator's permit based on age, phase-in time until 2028, to ensure every boater born after July 1, 1987 to operate their own / private watercraft. This is NOT the rental law and while similar, does not apply to rental watercraft. - All operators of rented watercraft must have a valid Watercraft Operator Permit, regardless of age. Availability is limited to weekdays, Monday through Thursday, which tends to mean calmer water and fewer crowds than a weekend trip. Whether you're planning a slow cruise around the lake or just want to anchor somewhere quiet and enjoy the afternoon, the layout gives everyone room to spread out and get comfortable. Lake Minnetonka has plenty of open water and shoreline to take in, and a pontoon this size gives you the flexibility to keep things easy going or plan a full day out. With sun protection built in, you won't have to worry too much about the weather cutting your time short. Bring your own food, drinks, and anything else you'd like to have onboard, and plan your route based on how much time you want to spend on the water versus stopping to relax. Since this is a self captain rental, you should be comfortable operating a pontoon of this size before booking. If you've got experience on the water and are looking for a straightforward way to spend a weekday on Lake Minnetonka, this boat covers the basics well: solid capacity, sun coverage, and a manageable size for a small group.

Drew was an amazing host and Captain. He had a very nice and well maintained boat. The blue tooth speakers, comfy cushions, multiple cup holders and canopy were perfect. Drew also did a great job on instruction and safety issues. We will be be back!

We had a great time for my daughter's birthday. There was plenty of space for us. We used a life jacket and a couple swim noodles provided in the boat, both in great condition. We were able to use the ladder without any problems. The next time we want to cruise Lake Minnetonka, we will definitely work with Drew again!!!

We had 8 of us aboard Captain Drew's pontoon out on Lake Minnetonka. Drew was amazing at communicating ahead of time and letting us know where we would meet him and where we could park. He made sure all was set before we headed out ... everything was immaculate .... we knew all the safety features and how to navigate the lake appropriately. He then helped us leave the dock and guide us back in when we returned. Drew could not be more congenial ... bonus we did not know ahead of time was he has noodles on board which we took advantage of when swimming a few times!! Thanks so much, Drew. The Hokanson Party
