Your safety and enjoyment come first. • All trips are captained by a USCG-credentialed captain. The captain has final authority regarding vessel operation, route, weather, sea conditions, passenger safety, and whether a trip can safely proceed. • Weather: Florida weather can change quickly. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or handle the cancellation/refund in accordance with the booking platform's applicable policies. Light rain, clouds, or a passing shower alone may not constitute unsafe conditions. • Arrival: Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure. Charter time begins at the scheduled time. Late arrival by guests may reduce time on the water. No-shows are non-refundable subject to platform policy. • Alcohol: Responsible consumption by guests of legal drinking age is permitted. No illegal drugs or unsafe/intoxicated behavior will be tolerated. The captain may terminate a trip when necessary for safety. • Boat Care: Please treat the vessel and equipment respectfully. Guests may be responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or prohibited activity. • Safety: All passengers must follow the captain's safety instructions. Children and any passengers required by law or directed by the captain must wear an appropriate PFD. • Itineraries: Destinations and routes are subject to weather, tides, sea conditions, safety considerations, and available charter time. • What To Bring: Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, towels, food/snacks and beverages. Please avoid spray sunscreen while aboard whenever possible. Our goal is simple: provide your group with a safe, comfortable and unforgettable day on Tampa Bay.
