1. Cancellation Policy: - If you cancel within 7 Days of your scheduled trip departure, a fee of 50% of the total trip cost will be charged. - If you cancel within the 48-hour period preceding your trip departure, a fee equivalent to 100% of the total trip cost will be charged. - A no-show is responsible for 100% of the trip fees. - During the months of September and October, which coincide with hurricane season, if we need to cancel your trip due to a hurricane alert, high winds, waves, or port closure, we can either provide you with a full refund or reschedule your trip at no cost. 2. Guest Responsibilities: - The Guest assumes full responsibility for his/her actions and the actions of other members of their group during the rental or charter. - The Guest agrees that Elevate Yachts has the right, but not the obligation, to end the charter preemptively if the Guest or other members of the guest party damage or misuse Elevate Yachts vessel. In such cases, Elevate Yachts will have no obligation to reimburse the Guest for unused hours.  3. Equipment Responsibility: - The Guest agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. - The Guest agrees to pay Elevate Yachts the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment. These charges may be placed on the Guest's credit card on file.  By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
