Hello! I’m Captain Luis, born and raised in the beautiful town of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. From the age of 5, my dad and I have been exploring the stunning spots on the east side, thanks to his love for jet skis and boats. His passion for the water and his skillful navigation taught me everything I know. Nature and wildlife have always been close to my heart. My favorite activity is snorkeling, where I enjoy discovering new spots and observing marine life in its natural habitat. I’m committed to respecting nature, so I never feed the animals—just enjoy finding where they live and how they thrive. I hold a USCG Captain’s license, am a certified lifeguard with CPR training, and have extensive experience with snorkeling, kayaking, mini boats, and paddleboard tours. My goal is to share my love for Puerto Rico with visitors, providing unforgettable experiences and personal guidance throughout their journey. 1. Mandatory Seating While the Boat Is Moving - All passengers must remain seated when the boat is in motion. - No standing, walking, or moving around the boat while the captain is navigating. - This rule is strictly enforced for your safety, as unexpected waves or vessel movements can cause injuries. 2. Listen to the Captain and Crew - The captain’s instructions are final and must be followed at all times. - The crew is trained in navigation and emergency procedures—please respect and follow all directions. 3. Life Jackets & Safety Equipment - Life jackets are available for all passengers. - Passengers who are not strong swimmers must wear a life jacket during snorkeling or water activities. - Children must wear a life jacket at all required times. 4. Boarding & Exiting the Vessel - Only board or exit the boat when the captain gives permission. - Use the handrails and be cautious—no jumping on or off the boat without instructions. 5. Snorkeling & Water Activity Rules - Snorkel only in the areas designated by the captain or guide. - Do not swim away from the group or boat. - Follow all instructions regarding currents, marine life, and safety zones. 6. Alcohol Consumption - Alcohol is provided responsibly. - Excessive drinking is not permitted. - Intoxicated passengers may be denied participation for safety reasons. 7. Weather & Navigation Safety - The captain may change the itinerary due to weather or sea conditions. - Safety always comes first; changes are made to protect passengers and the vessel. 8. Respect Marine Life & Environment - Do not touch coral, marine animals, or wildlife. - Do not litter; keep all trash on the boat until disposal. 9. Personal Belongings - Passengers are responsible for securing their personal items. - The company is not liable for water-damaged or lost items. 10. Liability Waiver - All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. - By joining the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept all safety rules.
