Where Island Born Meets Ocean Magic Listen up, adventure seekers! You're not just booking a boat ride – you're unlocking the Virgin Islands through the eyes of captains who've been navigating these turquoise waters since they could walk. Meet Captain Valekai and Captain Ryan, your native-born, salt-in-their-veins guides to paradise. These aren't guys who read about the islands in a book – they were raised here, they live here, and they know these seas like you know your own backyard. Except their backyard has sea turtles, hidden coves, and beaches that'll make your Instagram followers weep with envy. Your Captains: The Real Deal Born and raised in the VI, Captains Valekai and Ryan don't just know where the good spots are – they know where to go when the wind shifts, when the tides change, and when every other boat is heading to the same overcrowded beach. They've got decades of local knowledge baked into their DNA. While other captains are checking GPS, ours are reading the water like it's their native language. Because it is. *Captain selection is relative to availability, we work with other captains too. We try to match guests to captains to deliver the best experience. The Boat: Your Floating Living Room Forget those center console boats that scatter your group like seeds in the wind. We roll with Grady White 330 Express boats – and here's why you're going to love every minute aboard: THE KITCHEN TABLE SETUP: Picture this – everyone together in the back two-thirds of the boat, like you're hanging out at the best outdoor kitchen party ever. No one's stuck in the bow getting seasick. No one's isolated up front missing the conversation. Everyone's in the mix, sharing stories, passing drinks, and actually enjoying each other's company. That's how a day on the water should feel. SHADE, GLORIOUS SHADE: Look, we love the Caribbean sun, but after a few hours? You're going to worship our shaded areas. Spread out, cool down, and avoid looking like a lobster in your vacation photos. A REAL BATHROOM: Not just a hole-in-the-wall situation. We're talking about a proper head that doesn't make you regret that third beer. Your bladder will thank us. RIDES LIKE A CADILLAC, MOVES LIKE A SPORTS CAR: This boat is big, heavy, and smooth – cutting through the water like butter while keeping your stomach happy. But don't let the cushy ride fool you. With dual Yamaha F300 engines (that's 600 horses for those counting), we've got serious get-up-and-go. Translation? More time exploring, less time getting there, and a ride so smooth your Dramamine can stay in the bag. BUILT-IN COOLER = COLD DRINKS ALL DAY: Everything's already iced and waiting for you: sodas, a couple types of beer, hard seltzers, juice, and water. It's like we raided the best convenience store and brought it all on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks – we've got the cooler space! Your Day, Your Way Here's the thing – we don't do rigid schedules or boring checklists. Want to stay at that perfect snorkel spot for an extra 30 minutes? Done. Feeling the vibe at a beach bar and want to linger? We're not going anywhere. Weather looking sketchy at your planned destination? Our captains already have three backup plans that are even better. Flexibility isn't just a buzzword for us – it's our entire philosophy. You tell us the kind of day you're dreaming about, and we'll make it happen. Laid-back beach hopping? Epic snorkel adventure? A little bit of everything? Cool, cool, and cool. Underwater Adventures That'll Blow Your Mind Our captains don't just know good snorkel spots – they know THE spots. The ones where: - Your eyes light up from the explosion of color in the coral - You hear the symphony of clicks and pops as the sea bed comes alive around you - Fish dart between your fingers like living rainbows - Textures of plants and animals stretch your imagination of what ocean diversity really means - You forget to breathe (through your snorkel, not literally – keep breathing, please) This is snorkeling that makes you understand why people fall in love with the ocean. This is the stuff you'll be talking about at dinner parties for years. The Smart Way to Island Hop PRO TIP FROM THE PROS: Focus on one side of the island at a time. Pick a bay or beach, dive deep into that experience (literally and figuratively), then move to another spot when you're ready. This isn't a checklist sprint – it's a "savor every moment" kind of day. Each island has its own personality, its own vibe, its own culture. St. John has that protected national park energy. Other islands bring different flavors. Talk to your captain about what kind of day you're chasing, and they'll craft an itinerary that hits the sweet spot between adventure and relaxation. Weather and safety? Always our top priority. But here's the beautiful part – when you've got captains who've lived here their entire lives, they know how to work with the conditions, not against them. If Plan A looks sketchy, they've already got Plans B, C, and D that are just as amazing. What's Included (AKA The Good Stuff) - Ice – because warm drinks are a crime against humanity - Water – stay hydrated, people! - Sodas, beer, hard seltzers, juice – variety is the spice of life - Cooler – for anything else you want to bring - Top-notch snorkel gear – see the underwater world in HD - Great attitude – complimentary and unlimited! - Local expertise – priceless, but included anyway - Flexibility – your day, your rules - Captains who actually love what they do – it shows The Straight Talk on Extra Charges We keep it real with you: - Fuel – calculated based on where we go (those Yamaha engines need feeding) - Captain gratuity – not included but deeply appreciated (industry standard is 15-20%) - Food & restaurant charges – if we stop at a floating taco bar or beachside spot, you cover your own meals - BVI customs fees – if we venture into British territory - Pricing will change if we go to The BVI. No sneaky fees. No surprise charges. Just honest pricing from the jump. The Bottom Line You've got two choices for your Virgin Islands boat day: Option 1: Book a generic charter with a captain who moved here last year and treats it like a bus route. Option 2: Book us with native-born captains who'll show you their islands – the real ones, the hidden ones, the "this is why I'll never leave" ones. The boat's comfortable. The drinks are cold. The snorkeling is world-class. But what you're really booking? You're booking the VI through local eyes. You're booking flexibility and fun. You're booking captains who know these waters so well they could navigate them blindfolded (but they won't, because safety first).

INTERNATIONAL FEES (BVI Travel only) If going international, fees are assessed when passing through customs. Based upon 4 or more people, these fees are $60 each way, USVI to BVI and/or BVI to USVI. Two passengers is $200.00 total and three passengers is $220.00 total. The fees will be collected in cash unless other arrangements are made by the staff along with passports. Our Rapid Customs Processing form should be completed a minimum of 24-48 hours prior to travel. You will be emailed a link shortly after accepting the Freshbooks Estimate. There is a $25 fee assessed for not having this completed before your pickup. Honestly...it just makes everything go smoother and make for a better vacation. If the passport intake email does not arrive within 1-2 hours of accepting the estimate, please contact us and we will send the passport intake email. PASSPORT INFORMATION (BVI Travel only) We provide transportation between two countries, The USA and the BVI. In order to do this, we must collect passport and some personal information that is required by the US and BVI. We supply your information to US Coast Guard who then shares with US Customs and Border Patrol. Also, we supply information to The British Virgin Islands. This occurs on both arrival and departure. Failure to provide this information before arriving to STT will be charged a $100 fee. This applies to most to Outbound only travelers. Complete passport at time of booking! USVI AFTER HOURS FEE We understand flight delays...cancellations...or even worse diversions. Guests that arrive into STT after 4:00 PM, there is an additional $75 after hours fee. Keeping the captain up late, or running the boat after dusk sucks too. Transport after 7:00 pm is an additional $300 charge. We do have an ABSOLUTE LATE NIGHT CUTOFF IS 8:30 pm. Arrival to the docks after 8:30 pm for night transport significantly increases the risk of a night accident from unlit dinghies or boats transporting...other things... LATE ENTRY TO BVI Because we are working with government entities, we have to work according to their guidelines. If your inbound flight is delayed or scheduled later than 4:00 PM for any reason, additional late entry fees of $30 per person in cash will apply. EARLY CHECK OUT FEES (BVI travel only) Early checkout is when we collect passports the day prior to departure and check the group out for the next morning. It allows us to go directly to the USVI without having to wait for BVI Customs to open. Any flight leaving between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm will require early checkout. Later at 1:30 pm, it is strongly suggested. Fees range from $75 (no boat required) to $225 (boat required to collect passports prior to departure). EXCESSIVE LUGGAGE We plan for each guest to have (1) large suitcase, (1) carry-on suitcase, and (1) personal item. Luggage exceeding the per person suitcase limit may require additional arrangements, such as scheduling a bigger taxi or boat. If the total number of suitcases exceed the luggage limit an additional fee of $10 per bag will be applied. Please notify us before you depart your home to catch your flight. PHOTO RELEASE With the booking and payment of transportation, I hereby grant permission to the company to take and use photographs and/or video of our group for social media and marketing purposes.
