Charters may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of unsafe ocean or weather conditions at the captain’s discretion. Light rain does not typically affect tours, but strong winds or unsafe seas may require adjustment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled charter are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in shortened tour time or cancellation without refund, as we operate on a tight harbor schedule. Safety Considerations • All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times. • Children must be supervised by an adult. • Life jackets are provided and required when instructed. • Snorkeling is weather and ocean-condition dependent. Boat Rules • Maximum 6 guests per charter (U.S. Coast Guard compliant). • No glass containers. • Respect marine life — no touching turtles or coral. • Alcohol is permitted in moderation (21+ only).
