This is a 30 foot 16 passenger pontoon boat comes with a captain and includes fuel in the total price. We have life vest and a lily pad that’s included. The boat also has a slide. Has two Bimini tops to shade you from the sun.

Pricing starts at 4hrs for $1280 each additional hours charge at $100 up to 16 people.

COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE

I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH Renting a charter tour boat and swimming: including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the lake, acts of other participants, and adverse lake and weather conditions, and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS. In Addition, OUR COMPANY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS/OR DISCOUNTS FOR TRIPS THAT ARE CUT SHORT DUE TO HIGH WINDS, RAIN, HEAT OR MONSOON STORMS. IF THE CAPTAIN CANCELS RESERVATION DUE TO FOR SEEN WEATHER THEN A REFUND/OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO CLIENT BASED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH THIRD PARTY’S CLIENTS SUCH AS GET MY BOATS AND BOAT SETTER WILL HE ISSUED THROUGH THE ENTITY THAT CLIENT BOOKED THROUGH. WE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND FUN BOAT TOUR AND OUR CAPTAINS MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS SAFE. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT NOT TO CANCEL TRIPS UNLESS IT IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS.

DISCLAIMER:

If your Charter is cancelled due to weather or for an unforeseen reason, we are not responsible for any fees incurred for your accommodations or other travel related expenses. You should purchase separate trip insurance to cover these expenses if that is a concern.

Please prepare for high volumes of traffic and difficulty finding parking on busy weekends.

We do not allow refunds for guests who miss their scheduled tours. Should you need to make any changes to your reservation please contact us.

We can switch boats with out notice if the boat the client initially booked is unavailable due to mechanical/or captain availability a boat of equal size will be Substituted. No refund or discount will be given for boats that are substituted due to mechanical or Captain availability.


NOTE: Our policy is that Deposits are non refundable. We are a seasonal operation and book months and years in advance so if someone cancels it prevents us from filling a spot that we would have definitely booked. We have implemented a standard gratuity of 20% on groups over 6 people. This is really no different than when you go out to the restaurant and have a large group. Our captains are subcontractors we pay them an hourly wage, but tips are very standard in boating. Our captains accept jobs from our business and act as self-contractors they are not an employee of our boat business and act on their own. It is standard in the Yachting and charter business to tip your captain/crew at least 20%. So the week of your reservation your captain will reach out to you asking everyone in your group to sign a waiver before charter. He will then send you a QR code to pay the 10% gratuity up front before the charter. Again, this is very standard in Yachting/Charter and limousines party bus companies. If at the end of your trip you want to tip your captain and crew more please feel free to, additional tip is NOT required but industry standard is up to 20%. In the past we have relied on groups to tip any amount that they felt like they wanted to, but unfortunately many people have drinks and at the end of the day forget to take care of the crew, so this is a great way to take care of everything in advance. Our captains and crew work hard to keep you safe and insure a fun unforgettable experience.

2024 we are recommending our transportation for all boat reservation. One of the major benefits of using our transportation is our boat, captains and drivers communicate directly. Often clients that use other forms of transportation tend to show up late for boat reservations get lost or left at the dock by other transportation companies. we have very competitive packages for Transportation ranging from $699 rounds trip for a smaller groups and groups over 15 The price is $899. plus 20 percent gratuity to the drive.

When using our transportation we offer complementary loaner ice chest, bring your own food ice and drink put an ice chest on the bus you can take the ice chest to the boat and then at the end of your event, you can leave the ice chest on the bus or a van and we will clean it out.

We also offer 3 and 4 packages including airport, transfer Transportation to all of your events as well as to our event for flat fees. The smaller groups of 14 people the price is $2000 and for groups over 14 people the price is $3200 For three days any additional day added Is between $250 and $500 depending on group size. we require itinerary in advance. No changes once submitted. This will cover all your airport transfers, activities, nights out and based on availability we can sometimes do Party Bus upgrades. There is a standard 20% gratuity required when using our 3 and 4 day transportation. our contact information will be provided to set up transportation, once your boat is confirmed. We will reach out to you with all of your options and get payment for the Transportation at that time you will not be booking your transportation on the boat platform.

While additional tipping beyond industry standards isn't obligatory, it's appreciated.
