These include fuel, marina fees, maintenance, barbecue supplies, and other items used during your time on board. - Acknowledgment of Purpose: By signing this agreement, you fully understand that you are not chartering or hiring a commercial service. You are simply joining me on a personal boat outing, as guests, in the spirit of shared enjoyment and discovery on the water. - Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk.
