There is a 800.00 Security deposit in the event of damage or cleaning fees. Any damage in excess of 800.00 will be the responsibility of the renter. Renter is responsible for all liability while in control of the vessel including damage to the boat, other boats, other structures, and bodily harm to themselves and others. Boat will be waiting in the water. Renter will be the only person allowed to drive and will be responsible for guests on the boat. No full throttling the boat its not good for the motor. Just take it easy. Please read all additional items in rental terms. 4 hour minimum. Boat is given spotless must be returned spotless or you will be charged. No tubes or pulling anything behind boat. Also please don't full throttle the engine. Its bad for the engine.
