CANCELLATION POLICY - The full amount of the tour is due at the time of booking. - No refund for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice before the tour Adverse Weather Conditions In the event of verified adverse weather conditions, the Company will proactively contact customers to reschedule the tour where feasible. Should rescheduling prove impossible, the Company will issue a voucher valid for use within the following 12 months, subject to the customer’s acceptance. Alternatively, a full refund will be processed. Technical Maintenance Scheduled technical maintenance is planned in advance; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require extended replacement times for specific components. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to provide an alternative vessel of equivalent size, similar characteristics, or higher category, ensuring continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
