Rental Terms Welcome aboard! We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience on Toronto Harbour. Booking & Boarding - Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. - A Transport Canada certified captain and a professional crew is included with every charter. - Boarding instructions, parking information, and waiver details will be provided prior to your charter. Guest Capacity - Maximum capacity: 12 guests. - All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions throughout the charter. Food & Beverages - Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. - Complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and ice are included. - Catering can be arranged upon request. - To help protect the yacht, please avoid red wine, glitter, confetti, smoke devices, and open flames. Safety - Wave Rider Yacht operates a Transport Canada licensed commercial passenger vessel  with commercial marine insurance. - Life jackets and all required safety equipment are provided. - The captain reserves the right to modify the route or return to the dock if weather or safety conditions require. Weather Policy - Charters operate in light rain and overcast conditions. - If severe weather makes it unsafe to operate, your charter may be rescheduled at no additional charge. If a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. Guest Conduct - Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabin. - Shoes may be required to be removed before boarding. - Excessive intoxication, illegal drugs, unsafe behaviour, or damage to the vessel may result in the charter ending without a refund.
