50% refund of offer amount up to 14 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

Fuel, not included, will be calculated at the end of the tour and paid on board Cancellation: within 14 days prior to the charter will result in the retention of 50% of the charter; Cancellation: within 7 days will result in the retention of 75% of the total amount; Cancellation: within 3 days before the charter, no refund will be due. In the event of bad weather, where conditions make the boat trip impossible (such as very strong winds or incessant rain), the charter date will be rescheduled based on the boat's availability. If the trip cannot be rescheduled due to external conditions, the company will issue a full refund, retaining 5% for service costs . Should the captain approve the departure despite strong winds, thus guaranteeing the customer the safety and daily outing although with a reduced tour, no reimbursement will be considered. Note on Cloudy Days: No refund will be provided for cloudy days.
