Contribution Disclaimer: Any payment made through platforms like GetMyBoat is not a fee for services, but rather a voluntary contribution to help cover the basic operating expenses of the boat. These include fuel, marina fees, maintenance, barbecue supplies, and other items used during your time on board. Acknowledgment of Purpose: By signing this agreement, you fully understand that you are not chartering or hiring a commercial service. You are simply joining me on a personal boat outing, as guests, in the spirit of shared enjoyment and discovery on the water. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk. While the boat is fully equipped with appropriate safety gear, and every effort is made to ensure your well-being, you agree that the owner shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or incident that may occur during the experience.
