Is smoking or hookah allowed on board? To maintain a clean onboard environment, open-flame smoking is not permitted inside the boat. Hookah is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Vapes and electronic devices are allowed. Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We have a full kitchen and cooler on board. Please note: no red wine is permitted on board, no glass bottles on the swim platform, and please bring canned beers only. Are there restroom rules we should know? Yes, please do not flush toilet paper down the marine head. A waste bin is provided for paper disposal. This helps protect the vessel's plumbing system. What safety rules apply while underway? For everyone's safety: do not ride on the sides, gunwales, transoms, seat backs, sun decks, swim platforms, or bow while the boat is in motion. Do not jump off the boat while it is moving. These rules are strictly enforced. Is there a footwear or conduct policy? Please remove your shoes before stepping inside the cabin. No shoes allowed inside. Fighting, roughhousing, and contact games are not permitted on board. Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 5 days before your departure date. Cancellations made within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Is there a noise/music policy? We have a premium sound system on board and music is encouraged! We ask that you are respectful of other vessels and marina rules when docked.
