Rental Terms This is a private captained charter aboard our 29' Sea Ray 280 SLX Luxury Sport Day Yacht. Fuel, captain, and standard operating expenses for the Catalina Island Escape are included in the quoted rate unless otherwise specified. Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages. Please drink responsibly and follow all captain and safety instructions during the voyage. The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by guests, including excessive cleaning, upholstery damage, stains, burns, broken equipment, or intentional misuse of the vessel. No smoking, vaping, open flames, fireworks, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior are permitted aboard the vessel. Departure times, destinations, activities, and itineraries may be adjusted, modified, shortened, or terminated at the captain's discretion based on weather conditions, sea conditions, harbor traffic, vessel safety, operational considerations, or guest conduct. The captain's decisions regarding vessel operation and passenger safety are final. In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, trips may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date. Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced cruise time and do not extend the scheduled return time.
