Cancellation Policy If, due to circumstances beyond the client's control, the client is unable to attend the charter, the following terms shall apply: - More than 2 months before the charter date: 100% refund. - More than 1 month before the charter date: The company will refund 80% of the total amount received. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative costs. - More than 7 days but less than 30 days before the charter date: The company will refund 50% of the total amount received. - Less than 7 days before the charter date: A voucher for the full amount paid will be issued, which the client may use on a future date of their choice. If the charter must be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions that make navigation unsafe and pose a risk to the crew and passengers, the departure time may be adjusted if necessary, or an alternative date will be arranged that is convenient for the client. The charter will be carried out on the same vessel or a similar one, under the same pricing and capacity conditions. If no alternative date is possible for the client to carry out the scheduled activity, the company will either: - Issue a voucher for 100% of the amount paid, with no expiration date; or - Refund 80% of the amount paid, retaining the remaining 20% to cover administrative costs. If the charter is cancelled by Área Náutica due to a mechanical failure, grounding, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control, the company will refund 100% of all amounts paid by the client.
