Texas waters require the following: “Anyone operating a vessel on Texas waterways is required to have a Boating Safety Certificate.” I will also request that you provide proof of a Boating Safety Certificate upon arrival. - No Captain? No problem. One can be provided for $30 per hour   The boat is cleaned and sanitized in between each rental to ensure that everyone has a clean and safe boating experience every time. There is no additional charge for this service, HOWEVER, if the boat does come back excessively dirty or trash is left behind, there will be a cleaning fee of up to $100.
