Booking & Payment - Minimum rental duration: 3 hours - Captain is required at $50/hour (paid at booking) - Weekends & Holidays incur a $20/hour surcharge - Full payment required at time of booking via GetMyBoat platform Location & Arrival - Departure Location: Newport Shores Boat Launch - Please arrive 15 minutes early to go over safety instructions and get settled - Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded Captain & Safety - All rentals are captained only—no self-driving permitted - Our captain is experienced, licensed, and can provide instruction for beginners - Up to 10 passengers or 2,200 lbs total Fuel - Fuel is included in your rental—no extra charges Add-Ons (Optional, $50 Each) - Towable 3-person tube - Wakesurf board - Wakeboard (Women’s size 4–8.5) - Wakeboard (Men’s size 7–10.5) - Bring-a-pet fee Add-ons must be selected at time of booking or arranged at least 24 hours in advance Rules & Restrictions - No smoking or vaping onboard - No red wine or stain-prone foods - No shoes on the boat—please remove them at boarding - No tying up to other boats (damage risk) - Pets allowed only with add-on fee and prior notice Cleanliness - Boat must be returned in the same clean condition it was received - Minimum $100 cleaning fee applies if returned dirty - Trash must be taken with you - Towels not provided—please bring your own Late Return Policy - 10-minute grace period - $150 per 30 minutes late fee applies (rounded up) - Please plan accordingly to avoid extra charges Liability & Safety Agreement - All passengers must wear life jackets when instructed - The renter is responsible for all passengers and agrees to follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times - Renter is liable for any damage caused by negligence or rule violations
