We require a 20% mandatory tip for your captain as they ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip! You can venmo or pay your captain’s tip in cash. If you do not have the correct form of payment or neglect this step, the card on file will be charged after your trip - We strongly recommend using rideshare but parking is available at the pickup location. Travis County Parks do require a $5 per person park fee for all patrons even if you are being dropped off. The parks require this fee to be paid in cash and it is about $5 a person to enter but county fees may vary. - I certainly wish we could control the weather. Since we can’t, we don’t expect you to either. In case of bad weather, if we can’t get you out on the water you will receive a full credit towards your next booking. - You are responsible for any damage caused to the boat by you or your other passengers. - For our Lake Austin guests you can board at the loop 360 boat ramp. 5019 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746. Your boat will be ready and waiting for you. For Lake Travis, guest will board at 4370 Mansfield Dam Park Rd., Austin, TX 78732. - Currently we are not equipped to tow anything behind our boats. Check back with us soon, however, because it’s near on the horizon! - We do not allow pets or animals on the boat.
