With two levels of room to relax, a built-in waterslide, comfortable seating, and plenty of space for your group, this boat is made for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family outings, celebrations, and laid-back days on the water. Cruise the lake, swim in a quiet cove, turn up your favorite playlist, or climb to the upper deck and take the slide straight into the water. Your experienced captain will handle the boat so your group can relax and enjoy the day. Rental Terms 2019 Premier Double Deck Pontoon with Slide By booking this charter, the renter agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves and every guest in their party. Captain and Safety This is a captained charter. The captain has final authority over the boat, route, watersports, weather decisions, passenger conduct, and all safety matters. All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in the charter being ended immediately without a refund. Guests may not operate the boat. Life jackets and required safety equipment will be provided. Guests must wear a life jacket whenever directed by the captain. Children must wear properly fitted life jackets as required by law. Swimming, wakesurfing, wakeboarding, and other water activities are permitted only with the captain’s approval. Guests who appear overly intoxicated or who cannot safely participate will not be allowed to take part in watersports. Waivers Every participant must complete our liability and damage waiver before boarding. Minors must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. Guests who have not completed the required waiver will not be permitted to board or participate in water activities. Guest Conduct Guests must treat the captain, boat, equipment, other passengers, and surrounding boaters respectfully. The following are prohibited: • Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, or excessive intoxication • Illegal drugs, weapons, or unlawful activity • Standing on seats, the bow, swim platform, or gunwales while the boat is moving • Jumping from the boat without the captain’s permission • Throwing trash, bottles, or personal items into the lake • Tampering with controls, safety equipment, surf systems, ropes, or electronics • Any behavior that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment The captain may end the charter without refund if a guest refuses to follow instructions or places another person, the boat, or surrounding property at risk. Food and Beverages Guests may bring food and beverages aboard. No glass bottles or glass containers are permitted. Alcohol may only be consumed by guests who are 21 or older. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Alcohol consumption does not excuse unsafe behavior, damage, or failure to follow the captain’s instructions. Boat and Equipment Care The renter is responsible for the actions of everyone in their party. The renter may be financially responsible for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, stains, burns, or other losses caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to follow the captain’s instructions. Damage must be reported to the captain immediately. Applicable damage claims may be submitted and processed through Getmyboat. Charter Time The charter begins and ends at the scheduled booking time. Guests should arrive early enough to park, load belongings, complete waivers, and receive the safety briefing. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled charter time. Additional time may be available at the captain’s discretion and must be approved and paid for before the charter is extended. Weather The captain determines whether weather and lake conditions are safe. If the captain cancels the charter before departure because of unsafe weather, the renter may receive a full refund or reschedule the charter, subject to availability. If conditions are considered safe and the renter chooses not to proceed, the standard cancellation policy will apply. Moderate Cancellation Policy • 100% refund of the rental price when canceled more than seven days before the charter • 75% refund when canceled fewer than seven days but more than 48 hours before the charter • 50% refund when canceled fewer than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the charter • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter are non-refundable Getmyboat service fees, transaction fees, and previously remitted taxes may be handled separately according to Getmyboat’s policies. Personal Belongings We is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or water-damaged phones, cameras, clothing, sunglasses, jewelry, or other personal belongings. Agreement Submitting payment and confirming the booking acknowledges acceptance of these rental terms, our waiver requirements, and the applicable Getmyboat policies.
