- Weather Policy: Charters may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, severe storms, or other conditions deemed unsafe by the captain or owner. Light rain or cloudy conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation. - Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time, as all bookings must end at their scheduled time. No-shows are non-refundable. - Bareboat Charter: This vessel is offered as a bareboat charter. Guests will independently select and hire a qualified captain from a list of pre-approved captains provided after booking. - Guest Capacity: Maximum of 10 guests onboard at all times. - Food & Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. Please drink responsibly. - Safety First: All passengers must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times. The captain reserves the right to end a charter without refund if unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior occurs. - Prohibited Items: No illegal substances, fireworks, weapons, or activities that violate federal, state, or local laws. - Damage & Cleaning: Charterers are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or missing equipment resulting from their party. - Swimming: Swimming is permitted only when approved by the captain and in designated safe areas. - Fuel: Fuel for standard lakefront cruising and Playpen outings is included. Extended cruising routes may incur additional fuel charges. - Docking & Boarding: Boarding instructions will be provided prior to your charter. An attendant will meet guests at the designated dock gate shortly before the scheduled reservation time. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all vessel rules, captain instructions, and applicable maritime regulations.
