- 🚤 Captain-Only Charter – A licensed captain is required to operate this boat. Respect for the captain and vessel is mandatory. Safety is our top priority, so excessive drinking, rowdy behavior, and reckless actions will not be tolerated. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time in a safe and responsible manner. - 💰 Tipping Policy – Captains work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Tipping is customary and appreciated. - 🧼 Respect the Boat – Please dispose of all trash before the end of your reservation. A cleaning fee of up to $150 may be applied for excessive mess or failure to remove trash. - ☣️ Biohazard Cleaning Fee: In the event that a guest vomits or causes any other biohazard-related mess on the vessel, a cleaning fee of up to $300 will be charged. The final fee will be based on the severity and extent of the cleaning required, including any necessary deep cleaning or professional services. , - 💥Damages: The guest is responsible for any damages, including but not limited to seating, upholstery, flooring, walls, tables, electronics, and other fixtures. In the event that any part of the interior is stained, torn, broken, or otherwise damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the guest will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement, including any associated labor and service fees. - 🍹 Bring Your Own Refreshments – Feel free to bring food, beverages, and alcohol, but please drink responsibly. Excessive drinking and rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. - 🚫 Restricted Items – To maintain the cleanliness of the boat, red wine and messy foods are not allowed. Please keep the space tidy and ensure all trash is removed at the end of your trip. - 🌦️ Flexible Weather Policy – We closely monitor the radar and weather conditions daily. If the weather is deemed safe, your reservation will proceed as scheduled. However, if there are safety concerns due to heavy rain, strong winds, or storms, we will offer a reschedule option at no additional cost. Your safety is always our top priority! - 🐶 Pet Policy – Case by Case Basis – Dogs may be allowed upon approval. Please message me with your dog’s weight and breed before booking. If approved, be sure to add your pet under the add-on section when booking. Dogs must be recently groomed and have trimmed nails. A cleaning fee of up to $50 may apply if pet hair removal is required. By booking, you are accepting this agreement, the guest acknowledges responsibility for these charges and authorizes their payment from the security deposit or other available means.
