All bookings are subject to safety and sea conditions. Guests must arrive on time for departure. Late arrivals or last-minute cancellations caused by the guests may result in a shortened trip or the full charge of the booking. Cancellation Policy (Guest-Initiated): Cancel 5 days or more before departure: 100% of the deposit refunded. Cancel 4 days before departure: 70% of the deposit retained. Cancel on the day of the cruise or no-show: no refund; full booking fee applies. Weather or Safety Cancellations: If the cruise cannot safely take place due to weather or sea conditions, the booking can be postponed to another day during the guest’s stay. If rescheduling is not possible, the guest will receive a full refund of all payments. Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Smoking is not allowed inside cabins. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the trip. VIP shuttle service is included for pick-up and drop-off from hotels or villas.
