Our maximum passenger capacity is 10 people, excluding the captain and crew. Our passenger capacity is regulated for your safety on board. Cancellation Policy
50% refund up to 7 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
We offer a 50% refund 7 days prior to your charter, 85% refund 14 days prior, and 100% refund one month prior. No refunds will be provided for cancellations 6 days or less prior to departure. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather, small craft advisories, waves over 3 feet high, rip tides and coast guard warnings. In the event of cancellation by the owner for reasons beyond our control you will receive a 100% refund.
