Waiver of Liability to be signed by all parties (and driver) before rental booking date via digital signature. Proof of PCOC (Pleasure Craft Operators Card) will be required as well as prior boating experience. If no boating experience, a short 20 minute training with instructor/operator will be completed. PCOC can be obtained online. https://www.boaterexam.com/canada/ All rentals require a refundable damage deposit, this will cover any and all damage to equipment, hull, engine due to improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions. In rare cases where vessel is sunken, the full book value of the vessel plus loss of equipment will be the responsiblity of the renter(s) and registered customers. Legal costs will apply. If renters wish to include a tube or wake-boarding equipment, a separate personal waiver will be required and signed by all parties. Topology maps and risky/dangerous areas will be discussed prior to rental. GPS System installed and monitored during rental.
