Rental Yacht Terms and Conditions: Rental period:The rental period begins at the agreed upon date and time, and ends at the agreed upon date and time. Any extensions to the rental period must be approved by the yacht owner. Payment: Payment for the rental must be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellation: If the renter cancels the rental within 48 hours of the scheduled rental period, a full refund will be issued. If the renter cancels the rental more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental period, a 50% refund will be issued. Insurance: The renter is responsible for obtaining their own insurance for the rental period. Damage: The renter will be responsible for any damage caused to the yacht during the rental period. The renter will also be responsible for any damage caused to the yacht's equipment, including but not limited to, sails, rigging, and electronics. Safety: The renter must comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations while operating the yacht. The renter must also ensure that all passengers on board the yacht are wearing appropriate safety gear. Responsibility: The renter will be responsible for the yacht and its equipment while in possession. The renter will be responsible for any loss or damage to the yacht or its equipment. Indemnification: The renter will indemnify and hold harmless the yacht owner from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the rental of the yacht. Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the yacht is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Agreement: By renting the yacht, the renter agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
