1. Weather Cancellations Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain) makes it unsafe to ride, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund. 3.
