The 2015 Catalina 275 Sport just may be the boat you’ve been waiting to sail. Things we love about Wicked Wind. - Performance boat with the amenities of a cruiser. - Marine head, diesel inboard motor (no pulling start cords). - Galley with fresh water sink, ice box and stove. - Cockpit cushions. - Raymarine depth sounder, solar panel recharge electrical system. The skipper must have US Sailing Basic Cruising certification or equivalent experience to charter Wicked Wind. We will assess your experience at time of booking with a questionnaire and also before you leave the dock. If at any time we feel you do not meet the criteria required for safe operation we will cancel the charter. Spinnaker available to fly (must pass Spinnaker class and be approved by Instructor). The spinnaker requires a refundable spinnaker sail damage deposit.


Brittney is the Assistant Dock Manager at Windworks Sailing & Powerboating Club. Recently earning her US Sailing Bareboat certification, she is eager to apply her new knowledge and explore further opportunities in the boating world. Brittney enjoys engaging with charter clients before their departures and looks forward to expanding her expertise with our exceptional group of club members, students, and charter guests. - Daily fuel fee - $20/day - Pets not allowed - It is the member's responsibility to notify the company's staff of any discrepancies prior to leaving the dock, and to inspect and approve all safety gear, lifejackets, vessel systems, holding tank compliance, radio and instruments prior to departure. - The company will back-charge the customer for damage, so it's recommended to inspect the vessel prior to leaving the dock, including photos of the bow and hull. - The company does not allow crab pots, shrimp pots, or dive tanks and equipment to be transported by or used from it's vessels. Violations are subject to a $250 fee - The company does not allow single-handed sailing. All charters must have at least one qualified skipper and an additional passenger who is - at a minimum- capable of using a cell phone or VHF radio. - The company requires all "souls" on-board to have a life-jacket. Can provide PFD's and foul-weather gear if needed. - The company reserves the right to cancel a charter due to adverse weather conditions or any other factor which, in the sole and absolute discretion of the company, might adversely affect the safety of the Member and the chartered vessel. This cancellation may be made by the company anytime before departure. In such event the company will credit any moneys paid by charter guest for said charter to their member account for future use. Such credit shall be the only liability of the company.
