The listed charter price applies to a standard full-day private charter to one of the following destinations: Phang Nga Bay, Krabi, Phi Phi Islands, or Koh Khai. The final route is subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, charter duration, and the Captain’s approval. The standard charter price includes up to 12 guests. Each additional guest: 3,000 THB per person. Maximum capacity: 20 guests. Included in the charter: - Captain, Hostess, Deckhand and onboard Manager - Lunch on board - 1 bottle of Prosecco - 1 case of beer - Soft drinks - Fresh fruits - Tea and coffee - Round-trip transfer to and from the marina - Towels - Wi-Fi Accident insurance Water toys, including a 4 m tender, 1 SUP board, single inflatable towable donut, inflatable yacht swimming pool, snorkeling equipment and fishing equipment Not included: National park fees for Phi Phi, Krabi and Phang Nga are charged separately at 400 THB per person per day. Peak Season: For charters between December 20 and January 20, a higher peak-season rate applies. Weather Policy: The charter is cancelled due to weather only when departure is officially prohibited by the Marine Office or Port Authority. Rain alone is not considered a reason for cancellation. When necessary, the Captain may change the route to a safer alternative depending on weather and sea conditions. All guests must follow the instructions of the Captain and crew at all times. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date, the deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the charter date, 50% of the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date, the deposit is non-refundable. Peak Season Cancellation Policy: For charters between December 20 and January 20, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Weather Policy: Weather-related cancellation applies only when departure is officially prohibited by the Marine Office or Port Authority. Rain alone is not considered a reason for cancellation. When necessary, an alternative safe route may be offered depending on weather and sea conditions.
