CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR THE RESERVATION DATE WILL RESULT IN A 50% REFUND OF THE FEE. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR THE RESERVATION DATE OR FOR "NO SHOW". Our company reserve the right to alter or cancel bookings due to unexpected events such as equipment issues, weather, or unsafe water conditions. In case of cancellation, an alternative date will be offered, or full refund will be provided.
