If guests are late, no time will be added to the time the charter is scheduled for. 3. Damage to any part of the boat caused by a guest will be billed directly to the charterer whose name is on the agreement. 4. No smoking anywhere on the boat unless a pre-authorized place to smoke is determined before the charter. 5. No animals of any kind unless pre-authorized before the charter. 6.
