For example, cancellations made at least 48 hours before booking may be refundable, while late cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) may not include a refund. 2. Delays and Failure to Show: - Customer Delay: If the customer is late, browsing time may be reduced in proportion to the delay. There is no refund for the loss of time, and the departure could only take place if security conditions allow it . - No show: In case of no-show without notice, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made. 3. Onboard Safety: - Safety Requirements: All passengers must wear buoyancy devices (life jackets) when required by law and follow all safety regulations . - Age and behavior restrictions: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Respectful behavior is required on the part of all participants, without alcohol or dangerous behavior that could compromise navigation safety . 4. Boat Rules: - Use of the boat: The boat must be used in accordance with established sailing rules. It is forbidden to damage the boat or use it for unagreed purposes (e.g. races, dangerous maneuvers ). - Smoking and alcohol: Smoking or consuming alcohol on board may be prohibited under certain circumstances, unless explicitly permitted. 5. Liability and - Damages: Damage to the boat: If the customer damages the boat during use, the cost of repairs will be borne by the customer, and the deposit paid could be used to cover the damage. 6. General Behavior: - Compliance with local regulations: Customers must comply with all local laws and regulations while browsing, including speed limits and restricted navigation zones (ZTL). Violation of these rules may result in fines and the withholding of the security deposit . 7. Changes to the Reservation - : Changes: Any changes to the reservation (e.g. change of date or number of participants) must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice. Late changes may be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 8. Insurance: Insurance - Policy: It is highly recommended to have insurance coverage for accidental damage or injuries on board. In some cases, an insurance policy may be included or offered as an additional option .
