Multi-day charters: full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before departure. 50% refund between 15 and 29 days prior. No refund within 14 days of departure. Weather Policy In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe for navigation, the charter will be rescheduled or fully refunded at the operator's discretion. The captain's decision regarding safety and routing is final. Fuel Policy For multi-day charters, fuel is not included. An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 35% is required prior to departure. Any unused balance will be refunded at the end of the charter. Boat Rules No smoking inside the cabin. Guests are responsible for any damages caused on board. Professional crew is included in all charters. General Departure from Doca do Alcântara, Lisbon. Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
