Important Terms * Departure and return take place at the agreed time and location. Delays do not extend rental time. * All passengers must present a valid ID, passport, or driving licence before boarding. * The boat and passengers are covered by third-party liability insurance according to Greek law. * The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, reckless behavior, or violation of the rules. * Illegal activities, hazardous materials, exceeding passenger capacity, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. * Swimming stops and activities are allowed only when considered safe by the operator/captain. * Subleasing or transferring the booking to third parties is not allowed. * Any disputes are subject to the courts of Kavala, Greece. * By confirming the booking, the client accepts all rental terms and conditions.
