Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your charter. Written noticed is required (email is acceptable). If you cancel prior to 48 hours before your charter departure time, payments received will be refunded minus a 10% merchant processing and administrative fee. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to your charter departure time, any payments received are non refundable and total charter fee will be charged and is non refundable unless certain conditions apply. Such as, charter hazardous weather & other cancelable reasons (please see below). Hazardous Weather Conditions: - Storms falling into the categories of all the below conditions that have their epicenter passing within 5 miles of Miami. - Named storms effecting Miami local inland waters - Storms labeled "hazardous" & forecasted to last more than 4 hours in duration effecting miami local inland waters. - Craft advisories issued for Miami local inland waters with winds exceeding 30 mph and/or wave swells beyond 3 feet in height.
