The rates shown will always include the following items: - Captain and crew fees - Docking fees - Fuel costs - A cooler stocked with ice and water bottles - Bluetooth sound system for guests use - Swimming mat - All required and updated safety equipment - Up to 13 passengers(you + 12 others, not including crew) Optional Add-ons: - Docking at restaurants or bars(Contact for price) - Jet skis: $150/hour each - Jet cars: $400/hour each Default Route: Our boat's default route is to cruise along the Florida Intracoastal then anchor near the iconic Haulover Sandbar, allowing you to get in the water, ride jet skis, hangout, or swim the the island nearby! How do I choose my captain? Captains are always on standby for you to contact them. Use the template provided in your confirmation and send it to each of the captains on the list. They will confirm with you from there. Why do I have to select a captain? Federal Maritime law requires charterers(you) to select their own captain. Companies cannot directly assign captains. This is not an extra cost. What am I not allowed to bring on the yacht? Prohibited items: - Red wine - Hookahs with live coals(Electric hookahs are allowed) - Weapons - Illegal substances - Grills or burners with flames(Electric grills are allowed) DreamYachts Miami reserves the right to terminate any charter without refund if a guest does not follow these rules. Can I have more than 13 guests? Federal Maritime law limits bareboat charters to a strict 13 passenger maximum. This does not include captain and crew(you + 12 others). DreamYachts Miami reserves the right to terminate any charter without refund if a guest does not follow these rules What if I arrive late? Yachts will never depart without your consent. The full remaining balance is due at the time you arrive, even in the event of late arrival. Your yacht will return to the dock at its scheduled return time. Any time lost at the beginning due to late arrival is lost without refund. You are welcome to check with your captain to pay for an extension past your scheduled return time, if available. Captains may offer a 10 minutes grace period relative to your reserved departure time, upon request. Departures two hours late will automatically be terminated without refund.
